8 Weeks To Go

Scott left me alone for 3 hours on Saturday (he was at school) and I went to one of my favorite places on earth… the BOOK STORE. I when in with dreams of story time in my head and walked away with books Russell probably won’t enjoy for two years. I am so tried of being an incubator and constant bathroom machine. I would love to have an instant 18 month old.

If you need a good date night movie End of the Spear is two thumbs up.

ha, you really don't want an instant 18 mon old!!! You got to work your way into the system. It really is set up ideally for you to love that baby. You put up with sleepless nights now to prepare you for you little one to wake up a million times in the night, and then you have to love them as an innocent baby so that you have that to hang on to as they grow. . . trust me on this! The next 8 weeks will fly by and you will be grateful for every moment of it (ok, maybe not the puking, but you know what I mean!!!)
love you!

We've got a 5-year old and a 2-year old and there are days when we wish they were still newborns. Newborns stay where you put them, will fall asleep anywhere, and never tell you, "No!"
